These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all architectural and design services provided by TrueLife Architects (“the Firm”) to the client (“Client”).
TrueLife Architects will provide architectural design, planning, consultancy, and related services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
Any services requested beyond the defined scope may incur additional fees.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary project information in a timely and accurate manner.
Securing permissions, legal approvals, and clearances from local authorities (unless otherwise specified) are the Client’s responsibility.
The Client agrees to pay fees as detailed in the official quotation or agreement.
Payments are due based on the schedule outlined and may be invoiced at project milestones or on a monthly basis.
Delayed payments beyond 15 days may incur interest and/or suspension of work.
The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of design revisions.
Additional revisions may attract extra charges and timeline adjustments.
All drawings, concepts, renderings, and documentation remain the property of TrueLife Architects until full payment is received.
After full payment, the Client is granted a non-transferable license to use the final designs solely for the agreed project.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.
Confidentiality extends beyond project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TrueLife Architects shall not be held liable for project delays caused by Client indecision, third-party vendors, government agencies, or acts beyond its control.
The Firm is not responsible for issues arising from execution by third-party contractors.
The Firm’s liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 14 days.
Upon termination, the Client is responsible for paying for services rendered up to the date of termination.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the use of the design complies with local building codes and regulations.
TrueLife Architects may assist in providing necessary drawings or documentation for compliance, if specified.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By engaging with TrueLife Architects through a signed agreement, email confirmation, or payment of fees, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
